Example welding: Electric cylinder for welding tongs

Especially in the automotive industry, welding tongs are indispensable. Because here, countless welding spots, e.g. on the car body, doors or hood, ensure reliable stability. To ensure that such spot welds are always exactly identical and of consistent quality, they are produced fully automatically.

This is exactly where our electric cylinders are used to evenly generate the force of the welding tongs. And this with peak driving forces of up to 24 kN.
