Vores gear og motorer tilbyder ikke blot standardbeskyttelse mod de sædvanlige korrosive påvirkninger i industrielle miljøer, såsom fugt, olier, snavs eller kemikalier. Ekstra behandlinger og specielle materialer gør det muligt at anvende dem også under ekstreme betingelser. Brug vores drivsystemer i omgivelser med lav luftfugtighed eller forurening og helt op til omgivelser med regelmæssig vådrengøring med syre- og ludholdige midler.

Vores overfladebeskyttelse spænder fra standard over OS1* til OS3*, og med drevpakken ASPETICplus®er OS4* standard.

XCO®-drevpakken går endnu længere. Den innovative tin-nikkel-overfladebeskyttelse forhindrer lakafskalning og giver et udseende, der ligner rustfrit stål. Denne XCO®-overfladebeskyttelse er den væsentligste del af XCO®-drevpakken. Derudover indeholder XCO®-drevpakken også rustfri skruer, IS-stik, motorer med IP-kapslingsklasse IP69K osv.

Og med vores rustfri stålgearkasser i serierne RES.. og KES.. er udbuddet af produkter til områder med intensive rengøringskrav komplet. Den syre- og ludbestandige overflade af rustfrit stål i høj kvalitet er nem at rengøre og har lang levetid.


XCO®-drevpakke

I vores XCO®-drevpakke (eXtreme Corrosion Option) tilbyder vi en overfladebeskyttelse, der er specielt udviklet til anvendelsesområder i fødevare- og drikkevareindustrien og beskytter drevene og dine produkter selv under ekstreme omgivelsesbetingelser.

XCO® er en innovativ overfladebeskyttelse af tin-nikkel, der har en høj korrosionsbestandighed og samtidig er fødevaregodkendt. Overfladebeskyttelsen er ridsefast og har en hårdhed på 645 HV. Aldrig mere afskalning af lak!

Instead of standard surface protection, motors and gear units are optionally available with OS1, OS2, OS3 or OS4 surface protection. This equips the gearmotors for use in different ambient conditions.

You can also choose additional special measure “Z.” This means that large contour recesses are filled with rubber before painting.
