Then our 24h Service Hotline is right for you. Our 24-hour service hotline allows you to reach an SEW-EURODRIVE service expert 365 days a year. Whether you need spare parts or complete units (gear, motor, or inverter) our service people will be at your disposal with support.

From 22.00-07: 00 the service phone will be answered by an English-speaking colleague from our German hotline
Fees for the usage of our hotline outside normal working hours:
- Assembly, workdays from 15.00-22.00
DKK 3.300 + DKK 1.100 per commenced hour - Assembly, workdays from 22.00-07.00 + weekend and holidays
DKK 6.600 + DKK 1.100 per commenced hour
