This application solution enables you to use modern pallet transfer shuttle technology as an assistance system with communication that is handled directly via shielded WLAN. In this way, you can avoid installing additional communication cables for your system, prevent interference with other wireless subscribers and use a proven communication technology platform for your assistance system.

The entire package functions without trailing cables – power is received contactlessly via conductor rails. Distances of more than 100 m are feasible without any problems. In addition, it is completely independent of a control cabinet thanks to its decentralized components. This results in a high degree of variability and task-related flexibility in manufacturing or storage. Our pallet transfer shuttles with traversable track provide you with a flexible solution for your intralogistics. This is perfect for plants in which other transportation routes cross the track of the pallet transfer shuttle.

Our traversable track is a fully decentralized transportation solution for intralogistics with a distance of up to approx. 40 m. This affords your system maximum flexibility and functional independence.

The contactless energy transfer system via our proven MOVITRANS^® technology is an integral system component. It secures the power supply of the vehicle and does not require the use of a conductor rail or trailing cable. Take advantage of contactless current supply and design your travel sections to be traversable. This allows you to use your hall more efficiently!

WLAN communication takes place either via our slotted waveguide or radiating cable. Both components serve to isolate the radio signal from other nearby interference sources and WLAN networks. Depending on the application, you can either use conductor rails or our MOVITRANS^® contactless energy transfer system. The MOVITRANS^® line cables can either be installed in the floor or a lateral rail. In addition, you can also use the intelligent Drive Power Solution with integrated energy storage device. This allows performance peaks to be covered with both MOVITRANS^® and the energy storage device. Our CCU application modules allow you to parameterize the vehicles for dedicated tasks in the conveyor line instead of programming them. This conveying system simplifies your logistics and processes via automatic driverless pallet transfer shuttles featuring the most modern materials handling technology.
